Cancellation and no-show:

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies for all scheduled appointments. The cancellation payment will be made via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Vagaro (includes 3% transaction fee) and will be 100% of the cost of the session scheduled if the pay-per-session option.  If you have chosen the package rate then a session will be deducted from your account.  Frequent rescheduling or cancellations of a firm appointment will result in loss of firm schedule.

Duet or group cancellation policy

Clients must communicate with Bethany and fellow group members when they cannot attend a session.  Failure to do so outside of the 24-hour cancellation window will result in a full fee (100% of service cost).

If clients cancel within the 24-hour cancellation window they are responsible for paying their portion of the duet/group cost out of fairness to the instructor and other duet members.

If other members in the duet/group cancel outside of the 24-hour cancellation window then the clients who attend the session are responsible for paying the cost that reflects the amount of clients in the group.   If package was purchased, client may use a session from the package and pay the difference or pay separately and save the package session.
